140mm square notebooks with removable decorative silk sleeve

Our delightful notebooks are so very popular; the idea came when we realized Ruth was hording notebooks because she was waiting for a special purpose to use a beautiful book (which didn't have a removable cover). We thought we could design a cover which can be reused again and again (as long as you keep it clean!)

The cover is sumptuous handwoven dupion silk strengthened with interliner; the rear section of the cover is midnight blue so will not show stains so easily.

The decoration is applique, of vintage (or antique in the case of our Castle Howard hand blocked print) fabric or Ruth's freehand machine embroidery. The page marker is ribbon adorned with a blue glass bead which is an Eastern good luck symbol.

The book is 14cm x 14cm; the sheets (140 qty) are 140gsm 'acid free' and can be replaced when required.
